Spread across 18,000 sq. ft., the Bajoria Residence stands as one of Wheatons Design’s fastest and most ambitious projects- completed within just 18 months. Designed for the Bajoria family, the home brings together two distinct floors for the brothers and a shared floor that unites the family in common spaces of leisure and connection.

The design reflects an eclectic modernism and a blend of contemporary architecture and personal expression. Throughout the home, art, furniture, and artefacts collected by Senior Mr. Bajoria during his travels around the world are seamlessly integrated into the interiors, creating layers of texture, culture, and story. Rich materials, refined details, and spatial balance define this luxurious yet personal family home, where individuality and harmony coexist beautifully.
